Testimonials
This is a special thank you Allen Banks and his fabulous security company Proactive Protection Agency. His team and his venue managers provided almost impossible armed security for our personalized events, navigating high-level executives and the private nature of our gatherings with utter professionalism and quality of service. I would recommend this company to anyone who wishes a top level of quality and dependability.
Proactive Protection Agency has been providing security services for our Camping World location in San Martin, which has been temporarily closed. This location sits in a high-crime, high-traffic area, and their presence has been absolutely critical in maintaining the safety and security of the property. From day one, their team has demonstrated exceptional professionalism, reliability, and vigilance. They have gone above and beyond in monitoring the site, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring that no damage or theft occurred, no small task given the challenging environment. Their communication is timely and thorough, providing regular updates and reporting any suspicious activity without delay. It is clear they take pride in their work and treat every property as if it were their own. We have had complete peace of mind knowing Proactive Protection Agency is on site. I highly recommend them to any business looking for top tier security services, especially in areas that require a proactive, hands on approach.
We never worry about our properties that Proactive Protection Agency services. Their name says it all. Our tenants are comfortable knowing that there is a professional watchful eye. They notify us on anything from a light out, irrigation problem, to a door ajar. We have a great rapport. Rick is great.
Knowing the owners of this company, I can attest to their integrity, expertise and commitment to their work. If you have security needs I recommend that you check them out.
Good security companies are hard to find. Excellent security companies are almost non-existent. But I found one with Proactive Protection Agency. I have used Proactive for almost 10 years for our commercial property portfolio in Santa Clara County and during that time, there has always been consistency with their guards and operational managers. Often they will go beyond what is expected, following up with Daily Activity Reports. When asked to provide extra security for a unique situation, their security team members always come through. They will define the scope of security and tailor their contract to fit your needs and budget. I highly recommend contacting Proactive for all your on site security needs.
