Proactive Protection Agency owners, Allen Banks and Rick Rowe, have an extensive background, each with over 40 years’ experience in the security service industry. Their combined backgrounds consist of certifications with the Department of Defense, United States Air Force, and Vance International (an elite Executive Protection Academy in Oakton VA). Their training and certification encompass Personal Protection, Workplace Violence and Emergency Response, Management lead operations for RIF (Reduction in Force) layoffs, Terminations, and Stalking in the Workplace.
Our management team has provided security and Personal Protection for businesses, clientele in the film, TV, and music industries, CEO’s of the Fortune 500, and lead protection teams for both local and international dignitaries.
